Ry's Talent Show

Last week Riley had a talent show at school. Her teacher kindly requested that ALL kids participate, which Ry wasn't too happy about at first. Ry doesn't love being in front of crowds, so this was a little nerve-racking for her. She ended up doing some artwork that we displayed on a poster. We were proud of her for getting up and doing her part even though she was kind of nervous. Way to go, RILEY!

I'm Hooked...

My friend recently introduced me to digital scrapbooking and I am hooked! Here are a few of the layouts I (and I use the term "I" loosely...I had A LOT of help) have done over the last week. I still have a lot to learn, but I am loving it!

Cheap Entertainment

We have a park near our house that has the BEST hills. Whenever we go the girls ignore the play equipment and just want to run down the hills. Riley is big enough to tackle the hills on her own, but Bailey can't quite make it all the way down without wiping out. We always ask her if she wants help running down, but most of the time she insists on doing it herself. You would think that bouncing down the hill on her chin would make her change her mind - but she is a stubborn one! The "Hill Park" has become one of our favorite family activities - and you can't beat the price of admission!!!!

The Triplets

Last weekend Cory's sister and her family came to visit. Kip and Clarissa have triplets, and Riley and Bailey had a great time playing with their cousins. Thanks for coming you guys!

A Great Day

Riley is playing soccer again this spring. We had our second game of the season today, and Ry scored 2 goals! Way to go Ry!

Singing Bailey

Here is Bailey singing her favorite song...she sings it in bed, in the bathtub, in the car, while eating, and every other waking moment! We think it is so cute!

Firefighter Day

Today at my preschool we had a firefighter come and talk to the kids about fire safety. He brought along all of his gear, along with his fire engine. Riley was home from school, so she got to sit in on all of the fun. She got to be one of the kids who tried on parts of Fireman Tyson's gear - she couldn't quit giggling the whole time. Fun!
