A couple of weeks ago we had our friend, Emily, take our family pictures. We got some really cute pictures of the kids...but not any good pictures of us as a family. We had lots of factors working against us the evening we scheduled pictures. It was FREEZING cold outside. It wasn't too bad when we first got out of the car, but fifteen minutes later the kids had red cheeks, running noses, and freezing fingers. The girls handled the cold okay, but Zane....well, Zane did not. We got the kids' pictures done while we waited for Cory to get home from work, but by the time he got there the baby was totally done being outside. The result, no picture of the family without a screaming baby. Bummer...but, looking on the bright side, Em got some REALLY cute pictures of the kiddos!
